Firstly, the item does not look like what's shown on the website -- it is not a glass globe but made of plastic. I don't mind if the plastic was clear and glass-like but it's not -- there is a dull yellow-beige blurry sheen as though the plastic is old and been stored for many years. Secondly, there was a huge air pocket inside the snow globe. It looks terrible, like a chunk of the water had evaporated. Thirdly, it was delivered from Amazon UK to Singapore. When I started a return process, I received and printed out all the return labels from Amazon. But I had to pay for the international return shipping (unlike Amazon US where shipping cost is usually complimentary to Prime members) which worked out to be almost the same price as the item. But I went ahead and returned it anyway. That was on 8 February 2025. Now almost 1 month later, I suddenly received the package back from Fedex, saying that Amazon UK had rejected the return! How could this be when I had used all the correct Amazon return labels as per instructions?? Fedex said there was no reason given by Amazon UK -- Huh?? I will NEVER purchase from this seller or from Amazon UK again, and will warn all international customers to steer clear of Amazon UK. Not my first negative experience purchasing from Amazon UK but the worst so far -- it seems so poorly run and unfriendly to international customers. Just stick with Amazon US or Amazon in your own country if there is one.

A lovely Christmas Eve present for my granddaughter. She loved it. The quality was excellent, colourful, beautifully made and the music lovely. Well packaged and a perfect fit to keep safe until next Christmas.

Huge air bubble ruins look / effect of globe. Not returnable. Disappointed.

A pleasant enough snow-globe, quite weighty with nice tunes, but not a great deal of snow when shaken, which is really rather the point of a snow globe! I bought a second, different one, and that suffers from the same fault, I know winters are getting milder, but didn't think lack of snow would effect snow-globes!
