Good quality chillies with flavour.
Arrived on time, undamaged and as described.Dried chillies are of good quality and provide a range of taste profiles, hot, mild and fruity. Adds authentic Mexican flavours to meals. I use them whole and soaked as well as ground into a chilli powder. Would recommend.

Good selection of Mexican chillies
When cooking Mexican dishes (or others for that matter) the type of chillies that you use is important to the final flavour. Dried chillies very much have a part to play in that. I bought this set as these types of dried chillies are not always easy to find in your local supermarket. I am very pleased with the variety of the selection and they come in generous sized packets providing good value for money.

Perfect for homemade birria
I wanted to try making birria from scratch. This kit is perfect for that (and, i imagine, a lot more mexican recipes). It contains the all the specifics I needed and extra so Im not just limited to repeating myself each time. So far I've only used this set for one batch of beef birria but there are plenty left in each bag to do more. And what a birria that was!
