Great noodle substitute
Excellent noodle substitute, doesn’t have any flavor of its own to impart into the recipe. Does have a different texture than regular noodles that might take some getting used to. They’re a bit more crunchy or crispy than regular noodles.

The Best of All Noodle Substitutes
No noodle substitute will EVER trick you into thinking you’re eating noodles. At least Miracle Noodles don’t have a terrible after-taste. They are versatile and take on whatever flavors you add to them. They are incredibly chewy though…but I like em.

Good texture almost no carbs
I really like the texture consistency of the noodles. Hardly any carbohydrates.

Not what it used to be one star super disappointed
Very disappointed with my last two boxes. The first few times I bought this the spaghetti was beautiful almost like real spaghetti. The Angel hair was fantastic now the portions are way smaller and the spaghetti is crunchy and skinny and chewingjust so chewy it’s absolutely awful and the Angel hair is even worse. And the portions why are there so much smaller it’s $30 a box.

Miracle Indeed!
These noodles are wonderful. For those of us not eating wheat flour based pastas or those lowering carbs, these noodles are incredibly easy to prepare. One word of caution: these noodles do not do as well with tomato based sauces. But they are fabulous in any kind of stir-fry. They are especially delicious in Asian based sauces. Here’s the hidden treat: you can eat an entire package, feel full, but never stuffed or bloated like with “regular” pasta. I understand why some don’t have such a high opinion. If you only use them with tomato-based sauces that may be your opinion. But stick to gravy-like or Asian dishes. Enjoy!
