I love the Miracle Noodles and Rice. They are healthy for me to eat, easy to prepare and delicious to eat as well.

Best diabetic friendly noodles in my opinion. Texture is a tad rubbery but nothing too off.

I have been using these noodles for years, don’t know what they are doing differently but they have changed something. They are half the size and like rubber couldn’t even pull the apart, like chewing gum. I opened 3 different kinds, they were no where near the expiration date of June 2027. Too late to return so I’m out almost $30. Will never buy again!

No noodle substitute will EVER trick you into thinking you’re eating noodles. At least Miracle Noodles don’t have a terrible after-taste. They are versatile and take on whatever flavors you add to them. They are incredibly chewy though…but I like em.

Not sure why u thought these would be ok.. I am quite disappointed. The texture is weird rubbery… so I ended up not liking any of the ones in this variety. Went and tried a different brand and it was much better. These are just not that good. Sorry.
