It mixes easily with hot water and I make it just like my regular coffee. Liquid 100% stevia and cream. The taste is lovely. It’s not too strong and not too light. It has a robust savory flavor like arabica coffee which it is made with. The caffeine is just enough. I drink a lot of caffeine so I’m trying to wean off and this makes it easier. My very coffee snob husband even said it is delicious. The flavor has hints of dark chocolate that stay around in your mouth after you swallow. It has a slight earthy note about it. It’s smoothy and doesn’t feel acidic. No you cannot taste mushrooms.
