Above and beyond
This scooter is quick and fast…I almost went heels over head on the first ride…had I not upgraded to the pro seat with the hard shell tote on the back I would have. Had issues with how FedEx delivered it…they kept bringing it back to their warehouse for inspection…for three days I would get the delivery by end of day only to get that stupid inspection notification…when I finally had received the scooter there was damage to the box so I naturally assumed there was to the scooter…I took pictures of the box and after every move and sure enough there was damage to the scooter…this company responded quickly to my query and never once made me feel like my word was in question…if I could give 10 stars I would…they have gone above and beyond what was expected…thanks Edit 8/11/2026 I was coming home from work and hit a deer at about 60 mph…I took serious damage but the scooter only came out of alignment and not so bad that I couldn’t ride it back home…built tuff…these guys still have my loyalty

Great scooter
So far this scooter is working flawlessly. It arrived early and was packaged well. I rode it around the city a few weeks, now I have it in the country. The scooter does good off the pavement. I ride on dirt roads, hills and around the property. It's been very good. The control is nice, the fine tuning is very good, the battery life is great. I don't care about a high top speed, this scooter pulls, climbs and goes as fast as I want. I gave 4 stars only because I can't find parts and accessories. If I find somewhere I can get parts and accessories I add another star.

This unit is a BEAST!, INSTANTLY SPRINGS FREE TO UNREAL ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE SPEEDS,,, TRYING TO HANG ON IS ALL U CAN DO.... I highly recommend it for the next toy in anyones toybox...
