This is one of my favorite coconut milks to keep in my pantry. The texture is thick, creamy, and perfect for cooking, smoothies, or adding to different recipes. It has a great natural coconut flavor and doesn’t taste watered down like some other brands. I also appreciate that the ingredients are simple. It’s made from organic coconut and water, with only a small amount of guar gum used as a thickener to help keep the texture smooth and creamy; less clumpiness. For the quality, I think it’s a great value for the money. A little goes a long way, and the consistency and flavor are always reliable.

This Native Forest organic unsweetened coconut milk is amazing. The flavor is rich and creamy without being overpowering, and it tastes clean and fresh, not artificial at all. It works perfectly in cooking, baking, and even in drinks. One of my favorite things about it is that there are no additives or unnecessary ingredients. It is so hard to find coconut milk that is this simple and pure, and it makes such a difference in both taste and quality. If you are looking for a coconut milk you can actually trust and use daily, this one is a staple in our pantry. I will definitely continue buying it.

Excellent flavor but expensive

The best. they line the cans. No bad ingredients. no extra junk you don't need. Just pure coconut cream. I live putting this in my hot chocolate and hot cereals. If milk bothers you, this will be an execellent replacement. One can of this coconut added to a quart of water makes milk you can drink or cook with. Soy bothers me so this made an excellent replacement for soy or cow milk.

Excellent coconut milk “for me!” I was searching in vain for the kind with cream if you chill it on top. You can use that as excellent Whip Cream. I have tried several brands and they all have gone to the having much less cream (maybe to save money) and not the stuff that gets hard on top. If you shake it well before opening, or stir it will after opening, it will all mix in and be creamy! Happy. I found one that still has the cream on top and is organic!
