However, the other granddaughter I bought a set of these for had issues with one of her walkie talkie's becoming very hot and her parents had to take the batteries out and tried replacing them although I bought new batteries to begin with. And the walkie talkie did the same thing. I contacted the seller and got nowhere. The reviews were all good is why I decided to buy two sets for my granddaughters. All I wanted was a replacement so she could continue to enjoy them. And I got nowhere. After sending them an email describing my issue and what my solution should be. I get a response asking if I had a problem with them and if they could help me. Umm, did they even fully read my email? Just beware if you happen to run into any issues. You may have to take the loss as I did. I didn't bother taking it any further.
