This company is really good, especially if you know anyone on the spectrum. I saw a lot of positive improvements after they started taking these.

This is amazing and helps with mental clarity and gut issues! It’s take a few days to work but when it does you will feel it..

The number of strains seems to be higher than other probiotics, but the potency seems to be lower than some. I've taken a variety of probiotics. It's really hard to know what "good" numbers are... or what "better" numbers are. Some I've taken claim very few strains. This one claims 12. I don't know if the extra strains are important or contribute significantly to gut health. Some I've taken claim to have several times more of the "Billion CFUs". Again, it's unclear if I need 100 Billion CFUs, or if 12 Billion is enough. I took one probiotic that claimed to have fewer strains, but twice the CFU's, but it was a single smaller capsule. But I can't say that I felt any better with that single capsule than I do taking these 4 capsules. If you have a difficult time swallowing capsules, I believe you can open these and add them to food or beverage. I thought I read that in the description, but now I'm not able to find where it says that. Maybe I read it on the company website. These capsules aren't too big. I didn't have any trouble swallowing them. I've taken this for a little over a week. I didn't have any sort of issues adjusting, so I went to 4 capsules after the 3rd day. With that sort of warning, I was expecting bloating, gas, or other GI distress. I didn't have any of that. I tend to have GI distress periodically. It's unclear what causes it. And there doesn't seem to be a doctor recommended remedy. But taking a good quality probiotic each morning has seemed to help. There are other ingredients in these probiotics. It's unclear to me if they've actually done anything. But I expect their benefits take time and aren't instant. I don't like it when one supplement manufacture adds a bunch of "other things" to their products. The interactions between drugs can make an otherwise good product completely unusable or dangerous. My doctor tends to be very conservative when it comes to taking supplements. If there is an asterisks (*) next to anything, he recommends not taking it. If there are claims that aren't "clinically proven" he says "it's not worth the risk". So.. the fact that this has a few extra ingredients that have asterisks....
