Clean pure organic coconut milk powder. It has a sweet taste with no added sugar. Mixes well and also makes a nice coffee creamer. Generally I have it with coconut water. I feel it is very versatile and can be used in smoothies, hot or cold drinks, coffee, matcha green tea lattes etc! The cost is a good value considering it’s a very large bag of very high quality organic coconut milk. I have repurchased several times. The bag is eco-friendly (not plastic) so it can get a little banged up in shipping, but that doesn’t affect the overall quality.

Light coconut taste. Dissolves easily in hot coffee. Only one ingredient with no artificial sweeteners or fillers. No clumping.

I bought the coconut powdered milk to make hot cocoa mix. When the weather turns cold I want a warm drink. Unfortunately I have a dairy allergy. So I decided I would try the coconut powdered milk in the recipe. It tastes good, not quite as creamy as I would like though. Too, it lends a bit of coconut flavor and aroma to the beverage. All in all it’s a pretty good hot cocoa mix. Dissolves really well.

I use it in my coffee to replace cream. Two tablespoons and you can't taste the coffee. One tablespoon and it's pleasantly sweet. Half a tablespoon and you don't taste it. Very fine texture and dissolves well with a frother.

I originally purchased the coconut milk powder in order to make a gluten free flour blend and end up liking it as a drink as well. It dissolves well in cold water if using a blender. I mostly use it to make my morning matcha, and have used it to make chia pudding. I like how the thickness can be adjusted by adding more powder and I also like that there are no extra ingredients added. It tastes great and is smooth and not gritty. As I am writing this review, I am placing my second order. I will be using this in place of oat milk for a majority of my drinks.
