Are these real doubloons? I have a spy to pay and he can tell the difference

Short and sweet - they are as real as can be expected from reproduction coins. Their metal, are well struck and have well produced finishes. I received what was shown in the image so if that's what you're looking for go for it!

They are, in fact, metal, but I would guess something like aluminum or nickel as they aren't that heavy. A shiny metallic yellow color has been plated on. The coloring is durable and has withstood a three-year-old's play.

The board game Puerto Rico comes with 46 "silver" and 8 "gold" doubloon tokens. Including the antique style, how many of *each type* are included?

Can you tell me how many of each color you get?

I can't count them right now because they are buried in a treasure chest in my kids' sandbox. My impression is that it was about 20 shiny gold, 20 shiny silver, and two colors of dull coins. When I saw it, it looked like a good mix and I was very happy with it.
