**Q: Can i use this to repair external plinth line around bottom of old 18th century property please**
A: Used this several years ago on front bays of victorian rectoty facade and it has been very successful because it is very flexable so has a bit of 'give' unlike many fillers that set rock hard and just crack again.

**Q: is it waterproof**
A: Yes it is water proof it is designed to seal cracks / joints permanently.

**Q: Can I use this to repair the black crumbling plinth paint aropund the bottom of an 18th century house before painting again with waterproof paint?**
A: I used it externally on textured surface to fill cracks where the flexibility will stop a reacurrence..It is very thick and difficult to work.

**Q: Is this fibacryl or elafib? the title says fibacryl but description and photo show elafib. (fibacryl has replaced elafib, now discontinued.) thanks**
A: I did buy mine some time ago but hav it inow front of me now & it's fibacryl, don't no what the difference is between the 2 you mention but this is the best filler I have ever used, hope this helps
