Can i use this to repair external plinth line around bottom of old 18th century property please

Used this several years ago on front bays of victorian rectoty facade and it has been very successful because it is very flexable so has a bit of 'give' unlike many fillers that set rock hard and just crack again.

Yes it is water proof it is designed to seal cracks / joints permanently.

Can I use this to repair the black crumbling plinth paint aropund the bottom of an 18th century house before painting again with waterproof paint?

I used it externally on textured surface to fill cracks where the flexibility will stop a reacurrence..It is very thick and difficult to work.

Is this fibacryl or elafib? the title says fibacryl but description and photo show elafib. (fibacryl has replaced elafib, now discontinued.) thanks

I did buy mine some time ago but hav it inow front of me now & it's fibacryl, don't no what the difference is between the 2 you mention but this is the best filler I have ever used, hope this helps
