Light ergonomic support strapping provides security and ample support, contrasted with metatarsal stretch panels for foot adjustment. She has been using them for over the last year. They are well made and are very durable. The mesh on the toe is a little wide for her taste and does let some moisture in when there is water on the course or road. For some reason the men's shoe has a smaller mesh grid on the toe. But the suppport and general feeling and protection of the shoe is great! They have great heel support and balance. They are light and I relaced the laces with elastic laces which allow for quicker placing of the shoe on the foot, It also gives a more snug feel. I have had three pairs of these shoes and love them. Like all running shoes the more mileage you put on them, you have to be aware of the wearing down and support. Overall we are very pleased with the comfort, support, durability, and feel of these shoes.
