It doesn’t work. I don’t know why I thought some magical liquid would alter my nose. Ladies we need to learn to love ourself. If you truly want to alter your nose then get surgery because this doesn’t work. I only bought one but I’m not spending more money on this just to see if it works. Because it won’t.

The left is after the right is before this product really does work and I hardly use it. Yes your nose will feel very sensitive after 2weeks but I already noticed a dramatic difference. I've been very insecure about my nose since I was a child. I never wanted surgery because I’ve always been ok with the shape it’s most the size of my nose! This cream did exactly what I was looking for! Don’t expect a miracle but you’ll notice. A huge difference!

Didn't work at all. It is like any regular face lotion, I just applied it only to the nose, after almost a month I don't see any change. The cream arrived with out instructions none! I had to ask trough out emails how to use it...

I brought this on a whim 4 years ago because I noticed my nose tip dropping some as I turned 40. I saw instant results the next day. It was so powerful that I stopped using it after 3 days of use because it was completely reshaping my nose structure and I didn't want that. Now I use it when I feel my nose looks weird. My shape normally lasts for about a week before I have to start reapplying it. I still have a lot left because I stopped using it. However, I used it 3 days ago and it still is fresh and strong. I can't speak on the product now because the formula could have changed and maybe that's why it has low reviews. I can only speak on when I brought it years ago. I can only speak on my experience with the product. However, I will purchase it again when I run out to see if still works the same.

This product does not actually make your nose smaller, it is disappointing. However it works great for tightening up fine lines throughout the face

it's a day 3 !! but already works on my nose and my round fat nose is starting have an good shape !!!

I doesn’t work. I used it twice a day and there’s no result at all. Start getting more blackheads. I don’t know what I was expecting cause it’s so dumb to believe that some gel can make nose smaller. Even peeling works better.

I’ve been using this product for 3 days so far and there is a noticeable difference. It obviously won’t change your nasal bone structure only surgery can do that but it will slim down your nose by a good amount and by doing so it will give the illusion that your nasal bone has become smaller.
