Review: Kein Meisterwerk, aber sehr unterhaltsam - Bei diesem Buch handelt es sich um eine sehr kurzweilige Vorgeschichte zum neuen Spiel "Spider-Man: Miles Morales". Wer bis hierhin gekommen ist, weiß das vermutlich sowieso. Spoilerfrei: Die Geschichte spannt einen kleinen Bogen zwischen dem Ende des ersten Spiels und diesem. Fans der Reihe werden schon einmal den neuen Figuren bekannt gemacht, wobei davon letztendlich eigentlich nur Miles' bester Freund Ganke im Spiel vorkommt. Tatsächlich findet sich inhaltlich im Grunde gar nichts im Spiel wieder, was sich hier jetzt vielleicht negativer anhört, als es eigentlich ist. Denn die Geschichte an sich ist wirklich unterhaltsam. Actionreich, humorvoll und mit ganz viel Herz. Ein temporeiches Buch, welches man durchaus schnell gelesen hat (auch natürlich aufgrund des mit unter 300 Seiten sehr knappen Umfangs).
