Just What I Needed
Very happy with the ease and simplicity of this docking station. It is working perfectly with my HP. I tried to plug another USB multi-port into the docking station for additional capabilities, but it would not work. While it really wasn't needed due to the existing capabilities, but I figured I would try. Overall, it has been a great way to minimize excess cables and make my desk more organized while having access to all the external drives and devices.

Good docking station.
Happy with this docking station. Good price and I like that it adds height and stability to my laptop. I only use 1 monitor with this laptop, but quite happy that if I decide I want to add 2 more screens it has that capability.

Not for me
I am rating three stars because it did not work for my situation. My laptop is a windows surface 3.0. The ports did not like my mouse of keyboard. I don't know if it was the fact the USB ports are in the back and the wireless connection would not take or the ports were defective but keyboard and mouse kept disconnecting. I checked batteries in both and that was not the issue. I returned. I did like the number of ports though and the two little feet did lift the laptop a bit. Gave up on built in ports after this and went with Lamicall Portable Stand and just decided to continue to use the port expansion I already had.

Generally quite good!
Magnetic snapon cover helps keep the cord in place! It has been very useful for what I need it for. Everything works as advertised and isnt too bulky

This is my command center
As someone who lives knee-deep in cables, peripherals, and multi-display setups, I can confidently say the Baseus 12-in-1 Laptop Docking Station Stand absolutely nails the sweet spot between design, performance, and practicality. Let’s start with the essentials: triple 4K output via HDMI and DisplayPort works flawlessly — I’m currently running two 4K monitors and a 1440p screen off my M4 MacBook, all smooth with zero latency or flicker. Data transfer speeds on the 10Gbps are exactly as advertised, and the 100W PD passthrough keeps my laptop fully charged even during heavy multitasking sessions. The integrated stand design is awesome — it declutters my desk and allows airflow cooling so no problem with it getting too hot. Ethernet speeds are rock solid, and the TF/SD card slots are a nice touch for anyone who works with media. What really stands out is the attention to stability and build quality. Nothing feels cheap or wobbly, and the aluminum chassis gives it that premium, “Apple-adjacent” feel without the Apple tax. In short: this isn’t just a hub — it’s a productivity command center.

Does not work!
This item did not come with a power cable, so I will need to purchase one separately. In addition, it does not recognize my monitors, turn them on, or charge my Dell laptop. Based on the product description, it should be compatible with my computer, but unfortunately, it doesn’t support any of the functions I need it for.

solid docking station, plug and work, handles multiple devices easily
I’ve been working at home for over five years now, and one of the few things I sometimes miss from corporate America is having a proper docking station. Back then I could just slide my laptop into place and instantly everything was connected. Since working from home, I’ve tried a couple of different connectors. They worked okay, but either didn’t have enough ports or struggled when I wanted to run multiple devices. Slim laptops mean fewer built-in connections, yet most of us use a mix of Bluetooth accessories, plug-in keyboards, cameras, speakers, and at least one external monitor. In my case, I run a large monitor plus my laptop screen, and I have a second monitor waiting to be added. That’s why I was excited when I saw this "docking station". It is on the pricier side, especially compared to the cheaper hubs floating around. With the coupon it felt more reasonable, and after using it, I think it justifies the cost. Unlike my older hub, this one does not hesitate when I am using all my connected devices. Design-wise, it is bigger than some hubs but long and flat, which makes it feel more like an actual docking station. I have a smaller HP laptop, and the length is almost exactly the same, which works perfectly for my setup. I keep my laptop propped up on a stand, and this dock slides right under the back, giving me extra angle and ventilation without cluttering my desk or having a million cords snaking around. The cable can even be tucked away neatly inside if you are packing it up. One feature I did not expect but really like is the button on the side. A quick press locks all your screens (corporate security would love that, lol). Hold it for three seconds and it drops everything into energy-saving mode. Simple, smart, and useful. Performance has been smooth so far. Everything connects right away, no hiccups, no lag, and I have not run into overheating or instability. For anyone who misses the seamless docking experience of an office setup, this comes close for home use. Pros: Handles multiple monitors and devices without slowing down Flat design doubles as a stand and stays out of sight Built-in cord storage is convenient for travel Lock screen and energy-saving button is handy Adds angle and ventilation to laptop setup Solid build quality and plug-and-play ease Cons: Pricier than some hubs (though quality feels worth it) Larger than compact travel hubs Product: Baseus Laptop Docking Station Stand, 12 in 1 Triple 4K Display HDMI/DP, 10Gbps USB A/C Fast Data, PD 100W, Ethernet, TF/SD, USB C Docking Station with Stand for Windows/Dell/HP/Lenovo/Asus/Acer/Mac
