This is a great morning pre workout drink. I don't let it steep very long as the flavor gets too strong. The tea bags are sturdy and don't disintegrate. I really enjoy the taste and know that turmeric helps with inflammation.

Really enjoy this turmeric ginger cinnamon tea. The flavor is warm and slightly spicy but still smooth, and it’s been great to have in the evenings or when my tummy is upset. I like that it doesn’t taste overly strong or bitter like some turmeric teas can. It feels calming and easy to drink regularly. The only downside is if you’re not used to ginger or turmeric, the flavor might take a little getting used to. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a comforting, wellness-style tea.

It OK & averge tea quality & flavor. But Vita Farm used to set the standard in distinct flavor until their recent expansion & decline. I am updating my reveiws. A month later, I gotten used to this brand. My impression is better than I first tried it. I just use 2 bags instead of one? I miss the exceptional quality of the old managed VitaFarm products produced in California. But this brand has been consistent & acceptable. 4 of 5 Stars.
