I stopped using this product for some months. Due to the taste. However, the benefits out way the taste but I like the lime or citrus taste it had years ago. For some months it seemed as if it lacked this citrus like taste and had a more earthy taste. And, my skin was not looking as dewy, and glowing after using it for a month. But, this was a great batch. The taste was great and the other set I received was good as well. And, most of all my skin now has a glow again as it did before using this product. So glad I choose to comeback to this product for my sea moss intake. It’s, number one for me compared to others!!

So far, I’m impressed with quality of product and packaging. Tastes good. Eager to see results. I am taking sea moss for the benefits. Let’s see!

This product is amazing! It is very mild tasting, easy to swallow, and has so many essential minerals! I love that it's a gel and not another supplement pill to swallow. I've added it to drinks and smoothies, and I also just eat it by the spoonful too! I will be adding this to my daily supplements!

I am always a little skeptical of these health fads, but this has made two major changes in my health. My Energy level went way up, feeling like 10 years younger. I also have arthritis in my knee and going through knee replacement surgery but this has changed the pain level and increased mobility drastically. I would highly recommend this product.The taste is a little different, not bad but not pleasant either. It took me almost a week to get used to it. I always eat a date or a fruit right after I take a tablespoon of this Moss. I haven't experienced any upset stomach or nausea from this product either.
