The R and ZR in the title make absolutely no difference, that is up to manufacturers' decision whether they put the Z in the size title or not. The Z only means that the tire is a high performance tire, however there are tires that are also high performance that do not have the Z in the title. What you should be looking at is the actual speed rating of the tire, as that is the aspect that determines whether a tires is a high performance or not. Z and ZR are purely cosmetic markings.
