Supports full 2.5G speed with ASUS WIFI-7 routers
This is how a good 2.5G switch should work. After getting throttled speeds with a Tenda 2.5G switch and a more expensive Netgear managed switch, this one does the trick. Out of the box I'm getting full bandwidth that matches a direct router cable connection to my PC. Using this with an ASUS RT-BE92U and it works perfectly so far. Other switches have trouble negotiating full speed or get wildly fluctuating speeds.

Works #1 for many months, getting good throughput. Really impressed for the price. wasn't expecting much but got a pleasant surprise, and yes, it goes way beyond 1GBs. , Its not just a gimmick. If you are having problems getting 200mbs/sec on your local network with this switch, it could be a million of other things (configuration, jumbo packets/MTU mismatch, drivers, negociation problem between different vendors, drive speed (sounds stupid but at these speeds sometime you might forget that the drive could also be a bottleneck and have a hard time saturating the link ;) , interference, poor cable quality... all this while still going the 2.5GBE light or connexion in network manager. If you are not familiar with all of that, ask chat your favorite AI for troubleshooting steps.

Simple and fast!
Still early days. Wanted a 2.5G unmanaged switch so I can connect NAS in home. Fired it up, worked like a charm. Super fast - getting great throughput. Some other non-fan based switches can run hot, but this is cool as a cucumber. Great value. Highly recommended.
