It's pretty thick and makes a big mess trying to mix with a paddle or a knife.** A: I have used this for mixing "All Natural Almond Butter" which would be the same as PB. However, my almond butter comes in a plastic jar, (NOT GLASS). I don't know if glass would break. Anyway, it does a pretty good job....about 2.5-3 min.
