Review: I love this tablet! - So I'll start by saying this, I've only owned and been using the mega pad for 2 days now. Upon arrival, the outer box appeared to have some damage but the inner foam packaging and product itself had no damage at all. It was obviously completely dead upon arrival which was to be expected but it allowed me to see how quickly it charged from 0-100% which in my opinion was fairly quick to be honest, it was a few hrs yes, but I was fine with that. Once I turned it on an allowed it to go through its updates, I was super impressed with the screen quality! The touch screen is very responsive, almost a bit too sensitive for my personal liking and I haven't found a way to lessen or intensify it, will update this review if I find it later. Yes I am a native android user so finding it isn't the issue, I simply think it isn't possible to adjust it. The speakers are more than loud enough for what it is, and to be honest, it's is a lot louder and punchier than I thought it would be. Watching YouTube and Netflix has been great, looks great and sounds great. I've installed geforce now and played games on it with no issues at all! A USB-C port would have been fantastic but hey, it has a USB-A port so buy an adapter if you really need it. OK, so why didn't I give it 5 stars? Upon first use, the remote it came with was faulty, the power, volume, settings, home and other buttons work perfectly, including the pointer, which is amazingly smooth and accurate. Unfortunately the circular or ring we are all accustomed to using to go left or right, up or down, for me does not work as it should, when pressing left on any app, webpage or even the pads homescreen, it switches to the next page altogether. Right works for some apps but not others, the same is true for pressing up. When pressing down, it just scrolls to the bottom of whatever page you're on. So basically, it's useful for volume, going back and home but not much else. I contacted customer support via the supplied email but have net to get a response. Will update if I ever do. In the mean time, I've found a small BT remote that I'm hoping works, if so it will be a lot easier using the tablet, especially with the touch sensitivity being so sensitive lol. Other than that, if the tablet continues to work as it is right now, I will go ahead an say this is an excellent buy! But that's definitely too early for me to say at this point, it did say it was a frequently returned item when I viewed it, which did give me some reservations, but I decided to take a chance, so I'm praying it continues to work and I dint have any screen issues like some others reported having after a short period of time. If I do encounter that I will update this review. I activated the 1 year warranty so I am covered, but something tells me it won't be easy getting in touch with customer service if something does actually go wrong. Hope this will be helpful for anyone hoping to buy in 2026. Edit. Have been using the MegaPad for over a month now and I have to say, it's the absolute best purchase I've made in a long time! For my personal lifestyle, I use it everyday. The screen quality is absolutely amazing, watching Avatar on this thing is a joy. Gaming via Geforce now an steam is so conveniently mobile. The remote it came with started working properly after some updates so didn't end up buying a BT one. I can't rave about this product enough!!!! Review: One of the good purchases on desertcart. - This standby touchscreen is the perfect solution I have been looking for!!!! I love doing HIIT at home with my iPad. However, the iPad screen was too small for me, especially when I started to learn new movements, my upper body kept leaning forward to see the screen. Tried to use TV projection, but the operation was complicated every time. And sometimes there were technical problems with the connection between my iPhone and my TV. My monitor’s usage scenarios are as follows: 1. Fitness do along: This is a whole new level than doing it with iPad. 2. Adjustable monitor: My husband and I both work from home. Sitting for a long time makes our lower back uncomfortable. The touchscreen's adjustable height and tilt angle help us find the most comfortable angle for our body. 3. Portable entertainer: The potable touchscreen can be taken next to the massage chair, on the bed, and in every corner of my house. As for the size, I struggled for a long time between 27 inches and 32 inches. The small size means more convenience and clearer picture quality. But the larger one will have a larger display, so I can stand farther away from the screen. I ended up choosing the 32’’. Now I have used it for more than a week, and I can say that I don’t regret my choice at all. I find my standby touchscreen really handy in multiple ways. However, this machine also has its shortcomings. It needs a headphone jack. Because this machine does not have a built-in audio input device, you need to connect a headphone. This is a problem for my Zoom meeting. I tried to connect my air pods but found that air pods are ok for YouTube, but not for Zoom. I had to connect a wired headset, and then I found that this machine did not have a headphone jack. In the end, I had to finish my meeting with my phone. Generally, I love this standby touchscreen and the idea of its design very much. To be honest, I think many families should replace one of their TVs with this touchscreen. Being portable, flexible, and adjustable is more important today.

So I'll start by saying this, I've only owned and been using the mega pad for 2 days now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly cost-effective Android tablet with a 25 inch touchscreen

This more than exceeded my expectations! I wanted to use it to display sheet music. Its 25 inch screen let me display two sheets of music side by side in full size. Plus, it's a touch screen tablet. And it has speakers so I can both watch the sheet music and hear it at the same time. (I use MuseScore for that.) And it has a carrying handle and a mount that rotates vertical or horizontal. All this at a price way less than the $1000 for alternatives. Only con was that it came with the battery at 0% charge, and it took 3 retries to get it to start charging.
