it smells so good 🤤

Great conditioner
Smells so good and love the ingredients so much. Makes my hair feel so soft and controls my frizz as well.

Arrived damaged and leaking
I like the conditioner very much. This is the second time I purchased this because it smells wonderful and leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth. However, this arrived late and the dispenser was cracked and leaking product.

Could cause breakage and splitting just to get hair untangled from their shampoo.
This could cause more damage to long hair. Using the shampoo leaves hair really tangled. Since this is the "Sister" of the shampoo, thought they would know that and make this conditioner accordingly. They didn't. I have to use a "regular" conditioner to untangle the shampooed hair THEN RINSE. And then apply this conditioner. So now I am using three things. Hoping to see a difference in my hair and scalp as that is why I bought those two things. I am afraid breakage is going to be a problem for anyone not using a "regular" conditioner first. Than put this on and wait 3 minutes carefully combing it through the now untangled mess that the shampoo left you with.
