Review: Color Description Not Accurate - I ordered the color medium brown to refresh my color. My hair was already brown but, I needed to touch up my roots and even it the overall color. I'm trying to find a new brand to use and I've heard good things about this brand. I've been dying my hair on my own for years so i have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing. It turned my hair black. It was actually darker than my natural hair color which is a brownish black. I ended up doing a bleach wash to get back to the color I wanted
