Great for my mid day pick me up. Great flavor not overly sweet. Awesome effect as well very subtle boost of energy no jitters and no crash. My only suggestion for this to be improved on would be to have it in individual serving sizes.

This stuff is amazing! I’ve been drinking it consistently and I genuinely love how it makes me feel. It gives me good energy and focus without making me crash. I also noticed my bloating has gone down a lot since using it. It mixes well and tastes great too. Definitely one of my favorite daily drinks!

I ordered this as an alternative to having coffee or pre-workout as my morning energy drink. Since starting my health journey back in October 2024, I am always on the search for anything that can be a healthier alternative for my body. I also intermittent fast, and prefer not to break my fast if I don't have to. The taste is great. I am a very picky taste person as well. I mixed it up fine with a frother in one of my old blender bottles. I mixed it with 15oz of water and found the taste to be very pleasing. I also didn't have/feel any bloating after drinking. I am looking forward to using it longer and seeing how it benefits me!

It gives me a calm and focused energy instead of a jittery distracted energy. I can feel the benefits of the lions mane, l-theanine, and B vitamins almost immediately. I'll definitely be ordering again. I just wish they put the caffiene content per scoop on the package.
