It's not working

When I tried to turn on my jewelry cleaner it didn’t start rather there was a small sound of burst/ fuse ... no light turned on or anything. I hope they will replace it. I ordered it because my sister uses the same in USA and she is very happy with it.

Bought as a Christmas gift and does not work. Awaiting seller feedback

I bought this to replace my old jewelry cleaner and it's much nicer looking and works great. It cleans my wedding ring like a charm which I like to do every few weeks to maintain the shine and clean the grime of day to day life off regularly. It cleans all types of items including glasses. I usually put in very hot water with a few drops of dish soap and that does the trick. It sure beats the more manual methods of cleaning jewelry. There are multiple time options and it's easy to fill and dump the water and wipe it clean after use. It's a decent size and lightweight too. The silver tone is much nicer than the older white model I had before which lasted me several years before breaking down so no complaints with this brand overall.

This is an amazing cleanser, my jewelry is as good as new!!! Amazing I always struggled with cleaning my earrings and now … they are so clean! Highly recommend!!!!
