My order arrived on time and in good condition. I bought the unscented cream which didn’t smell of added fragrances. It did have a light smell just by nature of the ingredients. It didn’t phase me. The texture is light and smooth. It massages into my cuticles and nails well, absorbs quickly, and leaves no greasy feeling. I also like that I can use it on bare nails or over polish. I’m allergic to lanolin (a wool-based ingredient) and wool, so I needed something without that. This fit the bill. As expected, it hasn’t caused any irritation. My nails tend to peel, split, and get brittle. I appreciate that Onyx Hard as Hoof Nail Strengthening Cream has ingredients to heal my nails and dry cuticles - shea butter, coconut oil, silk protein, jojoba seed oil, safflower oil, beeswax, vitamin E, provitamin B5, retinol. It has already helped soften my dry cuticles. I haven’t used it long enough yet to speak to long-term strengthening results but I expect that my nails will improve considerably.
