MOVA V50 might be the one!!
UPDATE 1/31/26- So Mova is still doing a great job keeping my place clean. I've changed the scheduled cleaning sessions once again to accommodate my home and time. One issue i found, if you're a pet owner you've got to check the onboard filter weekly as there's no notification sent through the app to do so. My mova seemed to be doing a horrible job out of no where. Simply leaving debris everywhere even with thr suction set to turbo. I wrote Mova who replied quickly and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. They offered a new machine to replace this one. Well in my experience, a new machine may have ended up having it's own issues far worse than what I'm already experiencing. I asked Mova if they would mind sending the new unit out and let me test it for a while as i could afford the downtime as well as the chance that i receive a lemon. They agreed, but just before they shipped a new unit i decided to look at the onboard filter which had just been changed a few weeks prior. Sure enough there was about an inch of cat fur on the inside of the filter causing suction to diminish greatly. I took the filter out svs cleaned the fur off and the machine is back in business! I alerted Mova of this and mentioned there not being anything in the app to remind users of this who are pet owners. They are grateful and said they'd pass this along to their engineers. On a side not, I spoke with Mova about designing a plumbing installation kit for this machine which they were actually helpful with and offered their support through testing. I'm in my 4th week of testing now and everything is working wonderfully. I really like a company that stands behind their product, but finding one that agrees to not void your warranty while you text out modifications is great! Anyhow the V50 is solid and doing just fine. I'll update in the future as there is one other thing on the list i wish was better but for now let's let it run... UPDATE 10/16/25- So I've been living with Mova for some time now since my original purchase and here are my thoughts. I recently moved to a new place and had to remap after moving in. I like the fact that while I had to delete the old map, my scheduled cleaning data didn't get erased. That gave me time to look at how i had routines set up and i felt that leaving most of the routines in ai cleaning mode netted a better result overall. In my last home a deep cleaning which was scheduled on Saturdays would take hours. Lots of returns to the dock to charge etc. This past Saturday, Mova ran through my place with one thing on her mind. Clean and get out the way. I now have it set up to vacuum every night at 10pm, then scheduled mopping and vacuum at 3 am 3 nights a week. The rest of the week is a mixed bag of cleaning routines making sure to mop my kitchen every night. She's doing a fantastic job at keeping the cat fur down to a minimum and making sure to pick up the litter and whatever else my cats leave behind. The only thing i wish this vacuum had the ability to do is add a plumbing kit. This one lasted past the 30 days return window so now I'm married to it. Another thing to add, I've noticed when searching for reviews at least in my experience, I hadn't found several bad reviews. Plenty of good reviews out there on this particular model. And in researching i found that the vacuums that tend to have the most negative reviews are generally ones to stay away from. Conversely, when looking for mixed reviews on the Mova v50, there weren't nearly as many as any other vacuum I'd come across. Now this has been my experience so far and what that translates to is if people aren't talking about it, it must be good because I've noticed everyone has time to express their horrible experiences but a lot of folks do not really take time out to mention all the great experiences they've had. Overall i am happy with my purchase and will be keeping this until it falls apart. Then we'll see what's next! Purchased around September 3rd 2025- So here's my review of the Mova V50. I was skeptic with all these robot vacuums coming out every other week. My partner convinced me to purchase this new one and I can confidently say so far she was right. The vacuum has performed virtually problem free. In fact the few times it's gone rogue was actually due to my negligence. A quick remap and things were rolling. It got stuck only a handful of times, going under a sofa in my guest bedroom that had large items that would bust ankles if walked on! So not the vacuums fault. I quick move of those items stored under the sofa and back to work. Programming was easy, and straight forward if you've programmed other vacuums before. Mapping was excellent! Furniture was automatically recognized and placed where it should be. My cats food bowls were easily recognized and so were their beds. I love the pet photo capture feature. When it's completed a task I go check the stored photos and see what my cats are up to. I see the v50 cleaning corners diligently and going over areas that it either missed due to a pet being in the way at the time of the first pass. I've also watched it go back to clean heavily soiled areas ensuring they weren't overlooked. Since I've worked out the little kinks it hasn't let me down. I'm coming up on the 30 day return window and you better believe it was going back if it didn't perform. I will say the only negative which is due to my programming actually is that it uses a LOT of water. But I have it mopping 7 days a week. Either the entire apartment or my kitchen and master bath on alternating days. It gets the job done. I'd like it to have an optional plumbing connection but they've not come up with one. I have figured out how to modify it to incorporate my own but perhaps I'll wait to see if it's really needed. Right now it's in my kitchen close to my kitchen sink so refilling isn't that taxing. I must admit I've gotten quite lazy so naturally filling and emptying became a task for me lol. But seriously this thing just works. Am I skeptic what long term ownership looks like? Absolutely, but I've had a few of these things and once they break they're broke. I haven't had to contact customer service once since purchasing the Mova V50 and hope I never have to. I'm gonna rate this a 9/10 just because I'm still not convinced it will last but it is doing quite good job. For reference I have a 1300 sqft 2 bedroom apartment with 2 baths. Carpet in both bedrooms and vinyl composite flooring throughout the rest. 2 cats and when my girlfriend comes over with her dog and her long hair everywhere.

A genuinely “hands-off” cleaning system that finally feels complete
After using the Mova V50 Ultra Complete for a while, it’s clear this isn’t just another robot vacuum with a mop slapped on—it feels like a full cleaning system designed to actually reduce how often you need to intervene. The first thing that stands out is the suction power. At 24,000 Pa, it’s strong enough that you can tell the difference immediately on carpets. Pet hair, crumbs, and fine dust don’t just get pushed around—they’re actually pulled out of the fibers in a way that cheaper robots usually fail at. What surprised me most wasn’t just the suction, though—it was how it handles mixed surfaces without getting confused. It transitions from hard floors to rugs smoothly, and instead of leaving that slightly dusty edge you often see with weaker models, it seems to maintain consistent pickup across the whole path. For a home with pets, that consistency matters more than raw specs. The mop system is where it starts to feel more “premium” in practice rather than just on paper. The warm water feature makes a noticeable difference compared to cold-water mopping systems. Floors feel more evenly cleaned, especially in areas like kitchens where light grease or sticky spots tend to build up. It doesn’t just drag a damp pad around—it actually feels like it’s breaking down residue more effectively. The DuoSolution system is also practical if you have pets, because it helps manage odor and general mess without leaving that damp, unpleasant smell some robot mops can create over time. Navigation is another area where it behaves more intelligently than most robots I’ve tried. The liftable navigation system and obstacle handling up to 6 cm means it doesn’t get stuck on everyday household transitions like thicker mats, small thresholds, or scattered pet toys. Instead of constantly babysitting it or rescuing it mid-clean, it just keeps moving and adapts. That alone changes how useful it feels in real life because you’re not constantly checking the app or clearing its path. The docking and maintenance cycle is also where it earns its “complete” name. It handles self-cleaning routines well enough that you’re not constantly rinsing mop pads or emptying dust bins after every run. It’s not zero maintenance, but it shifts the effort from daily to something more occasional, which is really what most people want from this category of device. Noise levels are reasonable considering the power it’s working with. You notice it when it ramps up on carpets, but it doesn’t feel disruptive in a normal home environment. It’s more of a background presence than something that demands attention. What it ultimately does well is reduce the mental load of cleaning. With pets, you usually end up in a cycle of constant sweeping, quick mopping, and vacuuming in between. This doesn’t eliminate that entirely, but it stretches out the time between manual cleanups in a meaningful way. Floors stay consistently presentable instead of swinging between clean and messy. It’s not perfect—no robot really is—but the combination of strong suction, effective mopping, smart navigation, and reduced maintenance makes it one of the few setups that actually feels like it earns its price in day-to-day use rather than just impressing on spec sheets.

So Much Easier Than My Dyson — Wish I Switched Sooner
I used a Dyson stick vacuum for years and honestly thought it was good enough. But after getting the MOVA V50 Ultra, I realized how much time and energy I was wasting. The biggest difference is I literally don't have to do anything now. With my Dyson, I had to walk around the whole house pushing and pulling the vacuum, bending under furniture, getting into every corner — by the time I was done, my back was killing me. Now I just open the app and hit start, or tell Alexa to run it, or press the button on top before I head out. Three ways to control it and they all work perfectly. I usually schedule it to clean while I'm at work, and I come home to spotless floors every day. It's kind of life-changing honestly. And the cleaning result? Way better than I expected. I was skeptical that a robot could clean as well as my Dyson, but the 24,000Pa suction picks up everything — pet hair, dust, crumbs, all of it. I walk around barefoot after it runs and the floor feels completely clean. It even handles my door thresholds with no problem, just climbs right over them and keeps going. The mopping is something my Dyson could never do, and it's honestly one of my favorite features now. The hot water self-cleaning system keeps the mop pad fresh, and the hot air drying means no weird smells. My kitchen floor looks like I spent 20 minutes mopping it by hand, but I didn't lift a finger. Oh and one more thing — no more hair tangles on the brush. I have long hair and my Dyson brush head was always a mess. I'd have to sit there with scissors cutting hair off every week. The DuoBrush on this thing stays completely clean. I've checked it multiple times and still nothing wrapped around it. If you're still spending your weekends pushing a vacuum around the house, honestly just get this and take your life back. I'm never going back to manual vacuuming again.

Amazing floor cleaner for seniors and folks with physical disabilities.
We are seniors with pain, disability and mobility issues. Keeping our wall to wall carpeting regularly vacuumed and the hard surface floors in our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room regularly vacuumed and mopped has become a huge challenge for us the past couple of years. Like most seniors, we are on a modest fixed income, so we can't afford to hire help as much as we need it. Working together, we can manage keeping on top of clutter, dusting, bathrooms, countertops, laundry, etc. However because of the kind of injuries and issues we've had over the years, vacuuming and mopping are the most difficult and painful chores for us to do. About 5 months ago, I realized that we needed to start thinking outside of the box and our comfort zones. I had heard of vacuuming and mopping robots but I just couldn't believe that they would do a very good job, especially on the mopping. I was also concerned that the technology would be so complicated that we wouldn't be able to manage it . They were also very expensive so I couldn't imagine us affording one. However, I kept looking and researching. The mova v50 came up often as one of the best vacuuming mopping robots but it was about $1300, so we couldn't afford it. Then at Christmas, Amazon marked it down to $750. That is still a lot of money for us but we have been putting out $25 an hour for someone to come and take care of our floors. I figured that if this vacuum worked out, we could vacuum and mop whenever we needed to and not have to put out $25 or more, every time. Plus, since I would be buying it through Amazon, I knew that we had 30 days to try it out and then send it back and get our money back, if the vacuum didn't work out for us.. I was also impressed that most of the reviews I read said that the app is fairly easy to navigate and that we should be able to handle it. We have now had this little vacuum and mop robot for about 8 weeks. This is what we think of it! Pros: 1)Find The YouTube video "Mova v50 is a game-changing robot vacuum and mop video - First Look" by Just a Dad on YouTube. This is the best and most thorough review that I have found on this robot. He shows you exactly how to set this up and all of the features. It's a very long video, but it's worth it to understand how this robot works. By watching this video, I was able to easily install and navigate the app for the basic, most critical functions of the robot. I know that not all seniors have smartphones or computers, but if you're comfortable with those at all, you will be able to do this. I do have to admit that I still haven't figured out all the features yet but I am able to get my floors cleaned with little effort, so that makes me very happy. 2) The vacuum comes with at least one year's worth of replacements for the consumable parts and solutions. From what I have researched, it's about $200 worth of parts and solutions that you will need that come included in the price. 3) Right now the price is $750 again, which is an incredible deal for a robot vacuum like this. Obviously Mova has come out with new and even more advanced models, which is probably why they're marking this down so much, but it's hard for me to imagine needing anything more than what this robot offers. The newer models are well over $1,000. 3) The suction power on this vacuum is incredible, especially when you put it on the highest setting. Our wall-to-wall carpeting is at least 20 years old and my husband is in a very heavy electric wheelchair. We get it professionally cleaned a couple times a year but it's still looks smashed down, because of all the use it's received over such a long time. This mova v50 ultra can't make these old carpets look new, but it actually raises the nap on them and picks up everything that has gotten onto or in them. Our rugs look remarkably cleaner and neater since we've had this vacuum. We have also noticed a significant reduction in dust on the surfaces in our house since we have been able to run this vacuum regularly. 4) I was very skeptical about a little robot vacuum with a couple of scrubby pads being able to really clean the hard surface floors in our house. I hate to admit it, but we hadn't been able to keep our floors adequately clean up until the time we bought this Mova v50 because we couldn't shell out $25 whenever the floors really needed cleaning. The first couple of times I used it to mop our floors. I was disappointed and thought that it wasn't doing a good job. However, when I went to empty the dirty water tank, all I saw was black water. Obviously those little scrubby pads had picked up a ton of dirt off our floors. I ran the mop cycle again. This time I was able to see how clean it got our floors after removing all the dirt that we hadn't been able to remove for a while. Since then our hard surface floors have been remarkably clean - and they are very old sheet vinyl. This little guy can really mop floors! 5) The tanks for the clean water and the dirty water are well designed, not overly heavy even when full, and the latch and handle are very strong. Once it's snapped shut you don't have to worry about it opening up and dumping water everywhere. 6) The cleaning and maintenance of this robot is minimal and easy to do - BUT YOU NEED TO DO IT REGULARLY!. Again, I suggest Just a Dad's videos on the Mova v50. Find the one on how to clean and maintain it and you'll know exactly what to do. 7) The final pro that I'm going to list here is the included 3-year warranty. We have not had to use the warranty or to contact customer service, so I cannot comment on how effective either one is. I've read some pretty mixed reviews on Mova's warranty and customer service. I'm hoping that if we ever need to use the warranty or customer service, that it will also be a five-star experience, like the vacuum robot has been. Cons: 1) The mova v50 with all of its components in its box is VERY heavy. If you decide to buy this and you are at a time of life, like us,where we can't haul things like that anymore, either make sure you have someone else there to help you, or pay the extra $20 to Amazon to have the delivery guy put it wherever you want it in your house. We had them put it on our kitchen table so we could take the items out of the box a piece at a time, at a level we could easily reach. The base station alone or the robot alone are not that heavy and easy to move to wherever you want to permanently put them. 2) This robot does not vacuum or mop as well as a woman determined to get her house clean. I would say that, depending on the room and what's in it, It cleans between 80% to 90% as well as a thorough house cleaner. It does vacuum or mop dirt out of some corners but not all of them. It does avoid most obstacles that might get tangled in the brushes but not all of them. It does go under most furniture but It's not as slim as some robot vacuums that can go under almost any piece of furniture. It doesn't always mop up all spots from the floor, especially if it's something sticky. However, you can just ask it to go back and mop the floor again. Usually it gets it up eventually. Depending on how far your kitchen cabinets stick out over the floor, it may not get all the debris from under your cabinets in the kitchen. However, we have found that the debris that it overlooks is not a big deal for us to handle, because the robot has already done the heavy hard part. Sweeping a few crumbs out of a corner, or scrubbing up one spot on a floor isn't a big deal. 3) Especially if you put the robot on the deep clean cycle, which is where you get the most suction power, it takes a long time for it to do all the floors in the house. We have about 1,400 square feet of floor space for it to clean and it can take up to 3 hours, if we ask it to do the whole house. If it gets stuck on something or if something gets tangled in it, then it takes even longer because it needs to reorient itself back to what it was doing. Fortunately it VERY seldom gets tangled in anything or gets stuck anywhere. The mapping software is very good and if you pick things up off the floor before you set it loose you won't have a problem. The time that it takes to clean all the floors in the house hasn't been a problem for us, though. We figure we're not the ones having to do the heavy work. so who cares how long it takes!

Super easy robot vacuum that saves me time!
Incredible product! Got here quick and setup was a breeze. I got it setup and cleaning in the first day I had it. The app is incredibly easy to use and you can change the floors room by room to tell it how to clean where. It was easy to set up cleaning schedules and I have already got it scheduled to clean every couple of days. Love having the time back to relax instead of clean! The mapping is super cool too. The app shows you the paths your bot takes and you can follow the whole cleaning process each step of the way! No worries on it hurting anything either, it was incredibly smart, pathing around objects and furniture and it is built pretty darn tough so even if it bumps against something, I never had to mess with it. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend to any friends! 10/10

Incredible value
The MOVA V50 has been an incredible value and has exceeded my expectations in nearly every category. Setup was straightforward, mapping was fast and accurate, and it immediately felt like a premium product despite costing significantly less than many flagship competitors. Cleaning performance has been excellent on both hard floors and carpet. Suction is strong enough to handle everyday dust, pet hair, and debris, while the mopping system leaves floors noticeably cleaner than vacuum-only robots. Navigation has been reliable, with the robot efficiently covering rooms and avoiding obstacles without constantly getting stuck or needing intervention. The self-emptying and self-maintenance features have made ownership almost effortless. Being able to let the robot handle routine cleaning with minimal attention is one of those conveniences that’s difficult to give up once you’ve experienced it. The app is easy to use, offers plenty of customization options, and makes scheduling and room-specific cleaning simple. What impressed me most is how much performance MOVA packed into this price point. The V50 delivers many of the features and capabilities that were recently reserved for much more expensive flagship models, making it one of the strongest values currently available in the robot vacuum market. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that combines strong cleaning performance, smart navigation, useful automation features, and excellent value for the money, the MOVA V50 is an easy recommendation. It feels like a premium product without the premium price tag.

Overall, it’s awesome
I have owned a Roomba, Neato, and most recently a RoboRock Q7+. They’ve all been ‘ok.’ The Roborock went majorly downhill after 1 year. It was also SO loud. I really wanted a robot vacuum that also could do mopping, without being labor intensive on my side. I researched for MONTHS. I was down to 2 models and went with this one. After owning it for over a month now, I will say I really like it. The high price tag was hard for me to swallow, but I’m hoping it will last a few years (it also has a 3 year warranty)! Customer service is super quick to answer any questions. It mapped my home quickly and accurately. Mopping does a decent job. One day I smeared peanut butter on the floor for a test. It did get it up, but I did still smell peanut butter on the floor. Even still, that was an extreme test. It gets dirt smears and regular things up easily. I do wish they had different mop solutions- we have tile and LVP. I’d like to use a Ph neutral floor cleaner on my LVP. For now, I just set it to mop without detergent which is fine, but I do also wish I could specify more easily mop the tile areas with detergent, mop the bedrooms (with LVP) with water only. It does a pretty good job with the mopping. We are a family of 5- 3 kids who constantly play outside and 2 large dogs. We have a LOT of dog hair and dirt! This has really surprised me. I feel like it gets the dirt up better than my Dyson cordless. My only complaint is that sometimes It has a hard time making it home to the dock. Not sure why. It just gets lost and roams. It’s quiet, efficient and the app is amazing. I will say we go through the vacuum bags quicker than I expected but we also have 2 large hairy dogs and it vacuums daily, so I just am thankful it’s doing its job And getting all that hair and dirt off the floor, even if it fills the bag quicker than anticipated. It avoids cords well, socks etc. I am unsure if it can detect water only the ground if it’s only in vacuum mode - that would be something I would prefer. No tangles in brushes at all (common problem with my previous robot vacuums). Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. I just hope it lasts for a few years! Hoping an update can fix the difficulty finding the dock as well and a mopping solution safe for LVP.

So Much to Like, But.....
After much research for my first vac mop combo robot within my midrange budget, I chose the Mova V50 Ultra Complete. Along with the many reviews that raved about this unit, I was also impressed with the only 3 year warranty out there and the massive accessory kit. And it was ordered! I received my first Mova V50 in early May, very excited for it's receipt. Sadly disappointment! My first unit gave me vibes that it was used/had been returned, but couldn't tell for sure, so unpacked it, set it up and started using. Setup was easy, mapping was accurate and quick! I chose to vacuum first but it seemed to get lost a few times and had difficulty putting itself back in the dock. I then tried the mopping function. No water would come onto the mop pads. I contacted customer service (more on this later) and did some self research and found out sometimes the internal pump required priming. I followed these instructions and with much effort, finally was able to get a bit of water flow. However, mopping was mostly dry and robot continued to have extreme navigation difficulty, spinning around and not docking. I contacted Mova as I found out I was unable to return this unit to Amazon--should have been more careful on this. At the time, the white unit could be returned to Amazon, but not the black unit I had ordered....Mmmmmm. Anyway, Mova sent me a shipping label to return unit and then sent me another unit. Received the next unit in mid-May--upon unpacking the 2nd unit, I definitely could tell my 1st unit was not new. With that, was excited to test out this 2nd unit. As before, set it up, mapped my home and decided to vacuum first. This unit is a vacuuming beast!!! It expertly vacuumed not only my LVP, but was incredibly impressive with my rooms equipped with pile carpeting! Just WOW! Now for mopping, which was the whole reason I was in the market for a unit of this type in the first place. Again, had to prime the pump, but it went a bit smoother. I sent it on its way and it did a fairly good job, but after a few passes, it began to dry mop. As advised by customer service, I adjusted settings, tested several different rooms, etc., but never could get this unit to supply enough water to the mop pads to do a decent mopping. After about 6 weeks of testing, I never could get the mopping function to work properly. I finally gave in--Mova offered a refund or another unit. I chose the refund. The 2nd unit could also have been defective as there are numerous youtube videos showing how great it mops, but I did not want to try a third time. A few things before you make a decision based on this review: 1. Customer Service: A definite 10 out of 5!!! Mova customer service is absolutely the best! I communicated with them through their email support and had approximately 65 back and forth emails. I always received communication within 24 hours, but usually much less than that. They were kind, understanding, considerate and helpful! I really wanted to stay with Mova! 2. Vacuuming: Again, a definite 10 out of 5!!! I base this mostly on it's suction power on pile carpeted rooms. 3. Mapping/Navigation: Did a great job and would rate it 5 out of 5. 4. Mop washing: The dock is well designed and the mops were expertly washed and dried! In addition, another reason I chose this model was it's ability to leave the mop pads behind when choosing to vacuum only--never had an issue with this function! 5. Noise: This robot is whisper quiet! 10 out of 5!!! 6. App Control: Very well designed! So many options! All in all, I think this is a great unit and the Mova company is absolutely great to work with, but the mopping function failed for me. Again, maybe I received a defective unit, but after receiving unit 1, which I suspected was used, and then unit 2 had mopping issues (pump problems??), I was over it and needed to move on. The return process with both units to Mova was hassle free and Mova promptly refunded my money. Great company! I will be watching for new releases from Mova!

Do not buy this product if you are outside the USA.
I personally experienced issues where some features did not work as they should. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that these features are not fully supported outside the United States and offered me a refund because I am located outside the USA.

MOVA V50 is top tier!!
We love this MOVA V50 robot vacuum. It’s our second MOVA robot we got for our finished basement. We love how easy the mapping is with MOVA home app, and how all my products are available in the one app. This model does such a great job on our laminate floors and carpets, and handles the threshold into our bathroom much easier than I thought it would! Highly recommend!

Good to Great Robot Depending on Your Home
I bought this for my upper floor where we have tiles in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring and throw rugs in some bedrooms. Pros: It cleans well on mixed flooring. Picked up surface debris and even embedded debris on the carpets. It shines at floor mopping. It is extremely quiet. At its highest setting I measured it at 62db while vacuuming carpet. It has the ability to lower its lidar turret and get under lower furniture. Maintenance is a breeze and one of the lower maintenance robots there are. Its obstacle avoidance is genuinely great and the extending side brush and mop make corner cleaning a problem of the past. It comes with $200 worth of extra supplies that you'll need in the future. Cons: It's navigation isn't the best and sometimes it'll get confused and make circles trying to locate where it is. Its pattern when its lidar lowered isn't great. It got under my bookshelves but didn't clean under there as well. It also took it a few attempts to figure out where to lower its lidar and didn't do it routinely so I had to add that zone in my map as a low height area. If you have a home where it can enter most areas with the lidar up I would highly recommend this for the price. Its flagship features at middle of the lineup prices. If you have many areas that are 105mm and under. I would look elsewhere.
