Olive this stuff
Really delicious and great for digestion, if you like sauerkraut your going to love this stuff. Their pickles and olives are also delicious.

Costly but tasty
Arrives room temp but it is still good so dont throw it out! One of the best things you can put in your guts❤️ I got 3 different sauerkrauts and they are so delicious! I cant wait to try the pickles and olives. I think its very over priced though. Noone should be paying $40 to $60 for any of it. Olives, pickles and cabbage along with salt and vinegar are the cheapest stuff money can buy! This could be a good thing to last awhile but due to cost probably wont. Try it all before its gone.

Taste is superb!
Absolutely delicious! I was impressed with how great this tasted. I wasn’t sure that I would like the Turmeric and cumin as I don’t typically like cumin but it was quite tasty. It’s a bit expensive compared to the store bought stuff but the quality is much higher and the taste is like no other so worth it.

Mixed Review
Thought I’d try the variety three pack. I went straight for carrot and dill and it was WONDERFULLY crispy crunchy and delicious right down to the bottom of the bag. Then I tried the red and ginger- and it was just okay, the texture was less crisp with a less than appealing flavor. So then I immediately opened the turmeric and cumin- ugh, it’s terrible. Unless you’re a big fan of ginger, turmeric and cumin, I recommend sticking with the carrot and dill. And if I’m being honest it’s all a bit pricey for 16 oz of cabbage in a bag. I don’t begrudge profit but this is really too expensive to sustain, at least for me. I was able to source a different refrigerated fermented sauerkraut brand locally at 25% the cost. I applaud the effort to provide fermented products to a demographic in dire need of improved gut health, though.
