Dejo de funcionar justo 1 año después de la compra, escribí a su correo de soporte y solo contestaron que no tenía garantía y que la llevara a reparar... pregunte donde había centros de servicio donde pudiera llevarla y tal cual ya nunca contestaron. 1 año para un aparato tan caro no creo que valga la pena.

NO LO COMPREN!! En menos de 3 meses dejó de funcionar y no se hacen responsables de la garantía, a pesar de que ofrecen un año, y la garantía extendida que compré solo aplica al término de la garantía de la marca. Me pidieron que yo buscará donde arreglarlo o devolverme la 3ra parte de lo que costó. Ahora tengo un aparato inservible y lo que me dieron no alcanza para comprar uno nuevo

Al principio funcionaba excelente, pero después de unas cuatro usadas dejó de funcionar, escribí al centro de servicio o centro de atención al cliente y muy amablemente me contestaron, pero después de un tiempo dejaron de contestar, entonces ahora tengo este producto que ya no me sirve y que no es nada barato y no tengo respuesta del proveedor

This is the 2nd F25 ACE wet dry vac. Why, because I love it. Bought #1 in California, and left it with the house we sold. Got to Tennessee, bought a 2nd one. BUT for some reason, the 2nd one has a leak. The process to get it fixed is a nightmare. It should be this: send me a working one, I send you the one that's not working, you do what you want with it. Not this: talk on the phone and email for a couple of weeks, then tell me to send it in for repair. In the meantime, what do I use on my floors? Oh, and yes, they gave me a label to use UPS, but I have to provide the box. Now I need to find a huge box for my Ace F25! And then they tell me the label is only good for 10 days, after that, it's my payment to cover shipping for them to fix it. When do they send me the label, the day I'm heading out of state for a vacation. Great, so when I get back from vacation, I have to hustle and find a large box to ship it back asap. Not cool. Now, having said that, I still think it's a great machine, and it works amazingly well. Wait and buy it on sale to get better value for your money. The battery lasts a good long time. Easy to maneuver and carry upstairs. Does the job well and quickly, and the floors dry fast, too. I know once I get one that doesn't have the leak problem, I'll be good to go.
