Is the color throughout the item or is the underside white?

Definitely color throughout. Quality is very good. Just measure the size to ensure it works for you. I thought they were a bit smaller than regular cocktail napkins.

Will the brown color napkins be available? or has that color been discontinued?

Yes, the brown beverage napkins will be restocked. Alas, the current supply chain issues have caused a delay in our ability to keep them in stock, but we are expecting that they should be available for purchase in early March. Thank you for your patience.
