It works
Well, it actually works. I was taking it before bed because it was supposed to help you sleep, but I was getting up too many times to use the bathroom. So I’ve been using it during the day instead. I usually do low carbs, but especially with the holidays I’ve been eating things. I usually don’t eat. So I’ve tried it with almost every kind of carb you can think of. I had a glass of it ahead of time checked my blood in a half an hour or an hour and it was definitely in the excellent category. What I do is make a glass of it the night before and let the teabag sit in there overnight so it’s strong and then I don’t drink the whole thing I can drink that strong version over a few days.

Good for much more than advertised
Lovely. Naturally sweet and pleasant to sit with a friend to drink. Needs nothing but I put a lemon peel to it and it was even better although delicious plain. Help with my cold too. No more coughing for the day👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
