The setup process for the base to communicate with the cameras with almost automatic. The option to change camera angles through the base screen controls works great. The screen especially at night is HD clear. I'm a happy grandparent with this purchase.

Gunna give this product 5 stars. Much better than the other monitor I’ve used (infant optics) and I still can’t get over the camera. It’s very very high quality so you can see baby easily. The only thing I don’t like about it is that even on the lowest volume it’s a bit loud, but that’s really not the worst thing. We installed these on our baby’s walls and it was really easy and you can move the camera around a lot after the install. One other note, the battery life is unbelievable. Last night I charged my phone (same charger) from like 8pm to 6am, and around 6 it notified me that the battery was low so I plugged it back in. So you can go all night without worrying about the battery if it has full charge. Or you can go outside while baby is napping and not worry at all. Even if you just have one baby, this is a really nice option and you can put the other camera in their play area or whatever. Love it.

this is my 3RD baby monitor, ya you read that right. it has been the best one yet. all my other ones have lagged, lost signal or cracked the screen.***FULL DISCLAIMER***I did have to contact customer support because my monitor started rattling and lagged a few times, I was worried due to my history with monitors but they were very helpful and got me a replacement right away!This is large with a 7" screen, twice the size of any other monitor. the camera quality is amazing, you can see your child breathing no problem and also zoom in up to 4x. I love the rotate and the easy mount kit it comes with has it only needs screws to hang on, very convenient in my opinion. this monitor has several options as you can add up to 4 cameras to the monitor, pairing is very simple. I mainly got this monitor for how large the screen options are and for the split screen. it does allow you to see both cameras, rotate each one, hear them or activate a scan mode to bounce back and forth between each camera during split screen. As one speaker cannot play two sounds at once. I also was in search for a monitor that was secure and not linked through wifi, this works perfectly. Another little feature I didn't realize it had which I LOVE is, there is a clock built in on the monitor! so convent during middle cries or night feeds. It might be more expensive than most monitors out there but you definitely get what you pay for! great customer service, good quality cameras and monitor with great speakers and several different settings.

We've had this camera and monitor set for about a year and it's worked so well for us. The range for the camera to the monitor works great, it easily transmits two floors away from each other without delay, static, or glitches. I've also taken the monitor outside to the back yard without interruption to the screen.The picture quality is pretty good. Maybe a little bit fuzzy compared to a typical black and white picture on your phone. Still very clear.Battery life is another feature I enjoy. It easily lasts us all of nap time and if the battery is fully charged, then the monitor will last for 8-10 hours unplugged.The added features of rotating the camera is extra nice as well. I can move and rotate it easily and it covers the whole room.I'm not sure how accurate the temperature is for the thermostat, but it still nice to have for reference.Overall, I love the product and the customer service. The charging cord frayed and would no longer charge the monitor. I let support know and they immediately sent me a new cord. It was such a blessing to have that cord replaced. Customer support was super easy to work with.

After looking are numerous monitors, I kept coming back to this one. I am happy with our purchase. It's super easy to set up and very straightforward to use.I saw some reviews about the picture being purple. We experienced this in the bedroom but not the living room, and only at night when there was no sunlight in the bedroom, so I determined the purple image was purely because of incandescent lights in the bedroom. I tried various LED lights, with warm and cool color tones, various lumens, various watts, and all of the LED lights worked without any purple hue in the image.The image quality is great at 1x zoom. If you zoom in you get some distortion, but that's pretty common with low resolution devices anyway. Night vision works very well and is quick to switch between regular mode and night vision automatically.The VOX mode is super helpful, and unlike others I've read about, you CAN turn the VOX mode off, so the screen will stay on for an unlimited time until you manually turn it off. Some of the other monitors I looked at said even with the VOX off, the screen times out. This has been extremely helpful for when I'm in the kitchen, so I can keep an eye on the kid playing in the living room without having to wake the screen up.The downside to the VOX- when we have two cameras connected but only want to have one displayed on the screen, the VOX mode will switch between cameras based off the sound volume in either room. For people wanting to watch two kids this would be helpful. We have one kid and put a camera in his room and the living room. After putting him to bed, I don't want it kicking back to the living room just because we made a noise. The workaround, turn the VOX off in the meantime and select the camera you want displayed. I then turn the VOX back on when we go to bed and there is usually nothing that triggers it to switch to the living room. Even then, it selects the room with the loudest noises. So if your kid made a noise, it would flip back over to them.The audio isn't the greatest. It seems to lag some in comparison to the audio only baby monitor we have. There are several volume options though with a wide range between quiet/loud, so you can set it to meet your needs. It does its job, just not the same quality as I have been used to for the past 18 months.The temperature display is pretty accurate. It's maybe only a degree off from the thermometer we have mounted in his room.Another downside that I found- I couldn't mount it on the wall and be able to pan around the way one would want. When it is mounted horizontally, you're limited to turning it to look at floor/ walls/ceiling, or up and down in the pathway that you have it set at. You can't keep it pointed at the floor and then pan around the room to see all of the room's floor... if that makes any sense. We had to put a small shelf on the wall and set the camera on it upright so we have the correct functionality of pan/tilt.Overall, I am very happy with the monitor thus far. The battery life is pretty dang good, especially because I have the screen ON so frequently when I am in the kitchen, or because I am enjoying watching him like a TV show sometimes. :)

Pros: This unit is strong, impressive, durable, reliable and works. Clear, good audio reception and speaker, EXCELLENT battery life, large display, remote controls, consistent connectivity, easy to setup and a good value among the choices for its use. I use this to monitor an older adult and replace the old baby monitor that had only a one hour battery life, and would lose signal intermittently before beeping loudly. I have had this unit on battery for hours and only used less than half its battery charge and had no interruption problems. Picture quality is excellent. It works well in low light, has good volume and brightness controls, controls are well labeled, and sound quality and volume allows for clear 2 way communication.Cons: First let me say these are more things I would do to boost how well this unit works from a C to an A level in each area. READ THE MANUAL FIRST. Holding the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on/off was a surprise. Then figured that the short press turned the display on/off while keeping the sound on. Volume, brightness adjustments, and turn/angle/zoom operation processes not as intuitive as they could be. You can easily jump from one to the other unintentionally. The 7 inch monitor is almost more than is needed. 6 inch would have been enough and make the unit easier to carry and place for viewing. VOX settings/function need more explanation.Summary: I chose this unit from three strong contenders based on features I was wanting and was Not Disappointed. For monitoring a loved one remotely, this unit is SOLID, RELIABLE, and allows you to seem like you are in the room monitoring what is going on and able to communicate with your loved one. Only a couple ease of use operations keep me from saying this is THE PERFECT monitor, and those differences are easily adjusted to. It is worth your serious consideration.

I understand It’s not a cheap monitor, it is however the best monitor we ever had with crisp image, excellent range, the split screen is a lifechanger with multiple cameras needed. Also their customer support is top of the line, had some issues with it, got a very quick response and a replacement in less than a year. Top notch! Cannot recommend this enough

Quality and versioning issue made this a huge disappointment. The decision to release an updated product that is incompatible with its predecessor is frustrating and in good faith. I purchased the V1.0 model 14 months ago with 4 total cameras. Within the year, one of the cameras broke entirely. At the one year mark, the monitor broke and stopped being able to be charged. I purchased this set (monitor + one camera) to replace the broken items and sync with the existing 3 cameras I had. Now the version has changed and is incompatible with the 3 other cameras in my home. Not only that, but buying accessory cameras on their own is no longer an option. So, I will switch to another brand that allows me the choice of purchasing add ons and hopefully does not give me so many issues.

Vorinstallation hat gut funktioniert. Trotzdem wäre eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Papierform hilfreich. Ich war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückschicken, weil ich die Alarmeinstellung nicht abschalten konnte - hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich drauf gekommen bin, dass der Raumthermostat den Alarm ausgelöst hat 😅. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn man die Sensitivität der Raumlautstärke noch empfindlicher einstellen könnte.Die Kamera ist super.Wir hatten vor 20 Jahren Philips Babyphones, die immer sehr schnell defekt waren. Deshalb habe ich mich jetzt für dieses Produkt entschieden. Langzeit Test steht aber noch aus.

Für den Preis ein völlig empfehlenswerter Artikel.Kamera und Ton gut. Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.Kundendienst, anfangs schwer zu erreichen, aber danach sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Schnelle Abwicklung meines Problems.

So an und für sich nicht schlecht. Man kann viele Einstellungen vornehmen, aber der Empfang lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Manchmal muss man den Empfänger nur ein wenig drehen und der Empfang ist weg. Echt schade für den Preis.Allerdings ist der Service echt super. Alleine für den Service gebe ich 5 Sterne.
