Though I am unsure of the exact ingredients, it definitely has a powdered chicken seasoning along with a milk based cheese packet. I do not believe this is a vegetarian item but as I said, I'm not 100% sure.

Wheat flour noodles. If you want a milder flavor just use less of the accompanying packet. If you've made, it and it's too spicy, just add more water.

Far better quality than American style ramen

These noodles are a great twist on a ramen style dish, it's high quality, tastes great, and contains several small flourishes such as vegetables in the mix and sprinkles to put on top a a garnish. Using the full spice packet results in a fairly spicy dish that can feel like an accomplishment to finish, using less may be done for a less hot meal.
