SUPER Overpriced
I was incredibly disappointed, I take responsibility for not knowing how much product to expect based on weight hence the 2 stars BUT the picture used in the ad is 100% misleading, it looks to be a very large restaurant size container in reality the container is SMALL! Maybe 5-6 cups of product. Absolutely Not worth the price. Check your local grocery stores, when compared I was able to source a soup mix with almost the same ingredients for $4 a bag (less than $20 for the same amount of product) the only missing ingredient was the beetsTo be fair and honest the soup mix does taste great (I use it in rice) but not worth the price in any way

A good way to eat more vegetables
Very nice to have in the pantry.I have used this up already. It's nice to be able to include unseasoned vegetables in cooked meals. There's some parsley in there which is good, but no salt, which is excellent. The dried veggies reconstitute easily and taste like they were processed while very fresh. Will buy again. Probably today, as I ran out of these yesterday.

Very good sodium free, healthy soup mix.
This is very good. I chose this because I need to watch the amount of sodium I eat. The flavors awesome even when using sodium free broth to make soup.
