100% pure, 100% bitter, 100% perfect. Health food, not candy.
Super dark which means it's bitter. This is not for the munchies, it's a health food. I tend to break off a dime-sized piece and let it rest between my tongue and the roof of my mouth and just let it melt. This avoids a lot of the bitterness and some of the chocolate flavor comes through. Still bitter but it's supposed to be. If you want sweet candy look elsewhere, this is not candy.

Total Blackout is Fabulous
Total Blackout is fabulous: smooth, creamy, not bitter. It’s not at all sweet, since it’s pure cacao and no sugar, but if you like black coffee, you’ll likely enjoy this. And it’s healthy too, since pure cacao has a lot of health benefits.

These bars are the best of all worlds: 100% organic with zero added sugar, cost-effective, and they taste, well, as good as 100% cacao can taste.

Bad quality, unacceptable.
Do not not not not buy it. The quality is totally different from the same one I bought from a Whole Foods store. This is a lesson to me, I won’t buy any chocolate online anymore, never ever.
