Or does it sag?** A: The bottom is not hard, nor does it sag. The bottom is made from the same material as the rest of the duffel bag. **Q: Is this bag overhead bin, airline overhead bin compliant?** A: Yes will work in airplane bin. **Q: Does the ventilated shoe pocket fit size 13 men's shoes?** A: I doubt it. Mine are size 10 and it’s tight. Probably you need the medium or large bag **Q: only the base is water resistant ?** A: Water resistant but not waterproof. I hang it next to the hot tub. On the floor in water if left any time at all your stuff can get wet. It’s not waterproof. I like the bag a lot. I like the size.
