Needless to say, flavor of some aren't too bad, however, they are definitely not diet friendly and the impact is significant. The hopeful target was the inclusion of both maltitol with allulose, however, the maltitol ruins any aspect of diet friendly. The texture and flavor is okay just needs some adjustment to the ingredients. Update: The company reached out to offer a full refund, which was kind and unexpected. I cannot change the review or rating as these are advertised as "keto friendly" and if they are impacting blood sugars, keto is out the window. If trying these, keep in mind the sweeteners used and monitor closely. Everyone may have a different experience and helps to keep an eye on what may happen. Interesting idea although could use some adjustment.
