It's been almost a month since I've been battling with this company to do the right thing. It's extremely frustrating. Issues arise from the jump. Only one out of 2 boxes were delivered. After numerous conversations 2 week later the other box came, but the product arrived damaged. I call for a return they can't do that because they don't offer pick up services, it's wayyyyy to heavy for me to drop it off. They offered a $150.00 compensation which would have been fine if they we willing to also replace 2 of the 6 items that's very noticeably damaged. They weren't willing to do that. Ok no problem, I'm over it at this point, simply called desertcart and put a claim in for my full refund and I need them to send someone to pick this up. I'm done.
