Tasty, great, already reordering.
Iโm definitely buying more. Just wanted to leave my opinion as I was completely surprised how good they tasted. Never really had natto before, including when I was in Japan. Guess it never came up. However, these are very tasty. A slight, very slight aftertaste but I quickly got accustomed to it. Iโve been eating them straight out of the bag too much so Iโm going to reorder. Actually why I came to the review as I asked my Alexa to reorder. Just have to worry about over consumption as the Fiber content is high. Donโt want to overdo fiber intake, trust meโฆโฆ..Anywho, The taste is similar to chickpeas, so Iโm not sure why Iโve read it wasnโt good or tough to the tastebuds. I want to try the refrigerator process and add some white rice later, so Iโll do that in this next reorder.I highly recommend these!!

Yummy!
These are extremely delicious. put 10 grams of dried natto in a ramekin or small container with plastic wrap with 20ml of water, let it sit for 3 hours in the fridge and you have real natto. If you want a bigger portion just double the measurements and make sure the water doesnt go over the beans. The less water you add and it will be just like the real natto that comes out the packs. This is so good with soy sauce, kimchi and I like it the most just mixed with furikake on rice and maybe a raw egg. This is a great option for those who do not live near an asian market and want to try natto. This tastes even better heated up like in Natto Spaghetti or Natto Chahan.

Mushy when rehydrated.
Good for a snack or a salad topping, but I like to rehydrate them and eat them over rice, and these turn mushy after soaking. The best part about natto is stirring it until foamy. If you try to rehydrate these and stir, they turn into mush- like soggy cereal. Not very appetizing. Iโll save these for salad toppings instead.

New item for my healthy diet
I bought these for health benefits for osteoporosis I ate these out of the bag and didn't soak them i wasn't sure I could handle the wet texture since they say they are slimy lol. But I thought they were pretty good considering a little salt would have helped but from the bag they were totally edible and I will buy again for the health benefits
