Does everything I need it to at a great price. Only downside is its big and heavy. (Fine for those of us that wear cargo pants). You can easily go all day on its battery even if you play games or leave it on most of the day. Disclosure: I bought the pro version.

This phone has a much bigger screen compared to the one I was using prior. this phone carries a lot of weight, literally. It's like a brick, definitely something I would use as a weapon to hurl at someone if the need ever arose. So the weight could be a downside or a plus depending on the situation or how you look at it. The phone I was using beforehand seems small and almost weightless in comparison. The weight itself would have been something I would likely have become used to so overall not the worst quality a phone can have. I suppose it would depend on the person and if they cared about holding a paperweight up to their ear although I suppose it could strengthen your neck if you held it up using your shoulder. As for the speaker...!!! Absolutely blown away. I definitely have never owned a phone that could even compare. This! This ultimately was the selling point for me. I was incredibly excited to hear it. I would say it likely blows the majority of typical phones out the water. It also has a great price for the features when compared to others I believe. However, now onto the real issue at hand, I got this because it says unlocked and that it should work with T-Mobile, but when i put my sim card in it would not connect to the carrier. Because for whatever reason it is incompatible. I go through assurance which is through T-Mobile so in theory it should not have been an issue. It clearly was though, I had no way of knowing this (that I could tell at least perhaps I missed something) until I received it. I went onto the Assurance website and entered in the IMEI just to have it confirm the phone is not compatible. So I will be returning the phone and finding another. It is rather disappointing as with my first impression I did rather like the phone despite it's bulkiness.

The phone was great until it stopped charging. Unfortunately the return window closed. Support has been unresponsive. Mage she you but the extended warranty., you WILL need it
