Great pills and they are easy to swallow. It’s too soon to tell how well they support my liver but that is the goal. The pills came sealed with 60 capsules.The liver naturally cleanses itself but this will aid my liver since I do not have a gallbladder. It’s definitely a good value for as many as you get in a bottle.

This high grade milk thistle is so gentle that I don't feel anything. But, I know it's doing its gentle work quietly in the background while I go about life. Thank you for providing a high quality product that's very affordable.

I started taking this milk thistle supplement to combat the effects of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease throwing off my liver enzymes, with associated pain in the upper left part of my abdomen after eating. I take one capsule after eating or with food twice a day and have noticed positive changes in the way I feel (less pain). It will be months before I have my enzymes checked again, but I'm hopeful that this supplement taken with 2000mg of tumeric a day will help over the long haul with both the pain and the enzymes. The capsules are large, but go down fairly easily with no aftertaste. If you have NASH, it's worth a try.

Great value for an excellent product. No bad taste as it comes in a easy to swallow sealed capsule. No bad after taste. I began taking milk thistle after a blood and liver pre-op workup. Doctor said he saw something with my liver, and wanted to retest me after surgery. I had spoken to the ultrasound technician who said, try milk thistle as it helps clean the liver. I purchased this product. Began taking it after surgery. Finished it. Had my liver re-tested. All well. Decided to re-purchase, to take with my cleansing fast.

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this product to ensure I can really review how effective it is. Honestly, I love this so much, especially that it is organic certified! Along with drinking dandelion root tea and taking this product, I can tell a difference in my energy. Before taking this product, I felt sluggish. I felt that my liver really needed a push/help in detoxing all the heavy crap that I’ve put my body over the years. I also bought this based off medical medium’s new book Liver Rescue which recommended Milk thisle. A lot of issues people deal with today all stem from a poorly working liver. October 24, 2018 is when I began taking this supplement. I have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks, so we'll see if it has helped my liver enzymes at all. I was surprised to see my complexion has cleared up, though, as another reviewer mentioned. I did not realize that was a benefit of milk thistle, but my skin cleared up in about a week. Previously, I'd had ongoing little whiteheads caused by my Biotin pills. They've been there for 2 months already, so the fact that my skin cleared up a week after taking this supplement indicates to me that it's working. I'm also giving a 5-star review based on the fact that the customer service is excellent. I ordered this and their Intestine Pro pills the same day. Both came with a coupon for a free bottle of each product (only one bottle per product per customer). I got both my free botttles of Intestine Pro and Milk Thistle within a couple days of submitting my claim. The company also sent additional info through Amazon via email and responded quickly to my email replies. I'm glad I discovered this company during their product launch phase. I got some great deals and now I have a new company that I trust. I will update this review by the end of November, 2018 when I get my labs back regarding my liver enzymes. But, I think it's safe to say I'll be buying this product again.
