Getting away from iodized salt and was searching for a healthier salt with all the minerals. This salt is very fine. It's great to cook with and use as table salt. There's a little bit of adjustments to the saltiness, but it taste really good. I found you need to keep it in an airtight container because it really holds moisture and gets a little clumsy. We Love It and it's a GREAT PRICE!!

So good. Great value for the price. It’s fine grain so not coarse. Minerals! I use it to make my own electrolyte drinks. I add it to meals and give great flavor. A little goes a long way!
