Review: Looks like a $2,000 custom job! - I was a little nervous to try these since I'm not super handy, but wow -they went up so easy. The self-adhesive backing is no joke; it stuck perfectly to my wall without any bubbling. The 3-layer wood veneer feels super high-quality, not flimsy at all. I used all 4 panels to create an accent wall behind my TV, and it completely transformed my living room. It absorbs the echo really well, and my wife thought I hired a professional. Huge win!
Review: Wood panel with felt backing - great quality! - Super excited about these panels. they are thick and true to dimensions. The wood needs to be put in an area that won't get wet, as it will swell - my recommendation would be to put on top of a baseboard. The felt backing is thick and provides great sound proofing. The overall thickness of the felt and wood slats is 5/8". It is not flimsy like a pole wrap, it is an actual slat wall. If you have to cut the wood, it is a little tricky, but cutting the felt is easy with an exacto knife. Pricing is fair considering the size of the panels - there were 2 panels in each pack. We used this on the back side of a kitchen island and it looks great! I'll add pictures once it's all finished out. The walnut color was a little lighter than expected, but i was able to darken it up with some gel stain. Great product!
