Wish I would have bought sooner. Arrived quickly. Very satisfied stuck it in my hive and it did the trick.

Great product but be conservative on its use when applying to small or weak hives. I killed my hive by giving a full dose to a weak hive. The product will kill some bees who are old or weak anyway. But what happened to my hive was that a few bees died and partially blocked the entrance which caused the vapor concentration to increase, which caused more bees to die. The process snowballed and the hive suffocated on the fumes. In my opinion, the product’s effectiveness comes from its being distributed throughout the hive so it comes into contact with the mites. But venting the fumes is important and cannot be accomplished successfully by a weak hive. So use half doses in sequence rather than a full dose on a weak or small population hive.

You have provided a much needed avenue of getting this mite treatment relatively quickly. It was several days before receipt.

Arrived on time and exactly what we needed.

Within a few days I noticed a pretty large increase in dead varroa on bottom board. So that’s great. But since installing Ive also noticed traffic has been MUCH higher, almost identical to a robbery, but not. Not unless I’m getting robbed everyday all day and it’s resulting in no casualties and no wax capping mess. I also notice in the early early mornings my undertaker bees are busy dragging out the dead. Much busier than usual. What was 2-3, has increased to 20-40. I also noticed today that lots of the dead bees have their tongues out, which is a strong indicator that my bees are being poisoned… My bees went through each container in about 4 days each so treatment is over. Guess we’ll see if the changes persist or go away.
