Delicious. Tuna is sliced and makes a beautiful presentation. The texture is silky. Despite being packed in oil this brand of tuna does not taste greasy at al. Easy enough to pat off any excess with a paper towel but I leave it alone. I save the other canned dry as dust to make a tuna salad sandwich filling with mayo. I have bought this many times.
