Great for sleep and relaxation, not to mention health.
These are good quality, but there's no reason to add the Bioperine to a magnesium supplement. It doesn't actually improve the absorption of magnesium, like it can with other things. Still, NOW is a good, quality brand.

Great to help relieve muscle soreness
I use this supplement to help relieve muscle soreness from working out. Especially paired with potassium, I truly believe this stuff does wonders! Usually after an intense workout, I'll be sore for a day or 2. But with this: I'll work out during the day, eat a banana after I work out, then take 2 of these at night -- my muscle soreness has been reduced at least 75%. It truly makes such a huge and noticeable difference! I generally like this brand of supplements, and this specific variety is no different. It seems to be good quality and does not create any unwanted side effects.

I have always been a fan of NOW supplements. I veered away due to price etc. Not ever again! After switching back to NoW, my restless legs have stopped! And I don't have to take as many to get that help as other brands. Now Magnesium Glycinate is by far the best -- and believe me, I have tried them all, LOL.
