Had problems
I am sure it is a good product if it works. My experience was not so good. I installed it and the auto pump would not work. Manual button would work to activate pump. Company tried to help and said it was a pressure switch so they sent me part that I had to install. Still did not work. They then wanted to send me a new pump that I would have to install. I thought I bought a new product that was expected to work and instead I am replacing their parts. Nope. Luckily Amazon took it back in used condition and I bought a different unit. Again I am sure when Iโm working properly it is a good product, but I unfortunately received the lemon of the batch.

7 months clog free
Works great , the button on the side that runs the grinder is great . We ordered these to replace the much more expensive Sanibest pro lifting pump grinders . These have been more reliable and have had zero clogs since we installed them on high usage facilities . The botton on the side should be on all grinder pumps . I really cant say enough good things about these after how many times I had to take apart the old ones and try to unjam them . ( not a pleasant job as you can imagine ) . If youโre tired of messing around with your lifting grinders this is the way to go . They do have a monthly maintenance procedure which is basically just 5 repeat clean water flushes . This really helps them say clean and issue free as well . I havenโt had to deal with customer service at all on these but based on there instructions and information provided i would say they are very customer oriented. They included all fitting required to plumb it in which was great , it has many flexible mounting orientations to suit most any requirement .

Input check valves don't work very well
I've given this product or rather the company 4 stars after working with their support team. They sent me a replacement unit. With that said, after installing first unit that I received (I've not installed the new unit yet), I learned right away that the built-in check valves for the inputs don't work very well; meaning that water backflows into the other inputs, such as the shower pan. Due to this issue, I believe that is also why the pump doesn't always turn on automatically, even when flushing the toilet. Due to how difficult it is to remove, I now need to purchase separate inline check valves to stop the backflow.
