My teenage daughter refuses to take any kind of medicine, but has really strong cramps. The kind that she says make her want to curl in a ball on the floor and cry. She recently had a school overnight trip and her period was planned to occur over the same days. I worried about her dealing with the pain or missing out on activities. However, she was able to pack these easily. They are travel friendly since no batteries required! It was nice to have a plan in place.

I have used Tons of portable heat patches and these things are the BEST. I cannot stress this enough they get hot, please read the instructions before use if you do not place the patch on your pants or underwear you will get burned! These things last for A Long time, they last a full day of work and they make me very happy. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that these do NoT come in a bigger size. I need the full length of my lower back and this doesn't even come close

The idea is great, i've been having some painful cramps and the warmth has taken the edge off of them while i'm at work. They definitely lose heat after 6ish hours, it takes about 30 minutes for them to warm fully, and they get pretty hard as well. With that being said, the adhesive works really well and doesn't damage your clothes, you can't really see them through your clothes, the shape is nice and size is pretty good, and like I said, the heat does help take the edge off of the pain. Not quite sure it's worth $20 for only three of them though.
